We're especially finding LOCAL blogging sites on the rise; (not just this one taking you "behind the scenes" at News-3) covering everything from area history.. to the politics making this city churn.
The trend is so interesting----- we're doing a story on the increase and invite your response!

This blog is attached to our channel3000 web-site; while many blogs are actually via a personal site.
That means postings can quickly go back and forth between those involved in the blog. And it could then turn ill-tempered-- for all to read.

This site's always been noted as a place to learn more about News-3 with our focus on
News 3 @ 9 on UPN-14. It's the show I provide special reports for as well as anchor each night.
We're in our 4-th month of production--- and feel we are providing a quality newscast that highlights the biggest stories of the night in our "Top Nine @ 9."
But we don't stop there.
We also seek out the story no one else is telling--- from hot local trends and happenings in the health field to focusing on someone's inspirational personal story.

I'm also trying to use my 16+ years of experience as a journalist to "be live" at the scene of the big story... to ask the tough questions... and to challenge my co-workers to think beyond the "typical" news the other stations in town may be working-on each day.
